Freshly prepared meals for days 1-3 are delivered Monday morning and days 4-6 are delivered Thursday morning.  The meal packets come with meal plan instructions and tips for success. See the Vitality Diet Schedule.

 

The Vitality Diet is targeted for persons who want to lose weight, improve blood sugar, blood pressure, cardiovascular risk, cognition and prevent cancer and age related disease.

 

The Vitality Diet was developed by local Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Misa Lawson and the culinary genius Chef Jaimie at Foodsmith.  The components of the diet are based of recent scientific studies showing the benefits of a plant-based, low calorie diet (see references).   We've also taken the Vitality Diet a step further by adding super foods that support immunity and reduce inflammation.  

 

Your Vitality Diet also includes a 15-minute telephone check-in with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and you will receive daily emails outlining tips on how to succeed on the Vitality Diet.

 

For optimal results, The Vitality Diet is used for 6 days per month for 3 rounds, but can be used beyond 3 rounds until desired health goals are achieved.
